- Welcome to America, the land of... bad telephone lines?-) Sound funny to me,
- that you must pay triple fee to get 28k8 modem working. Here in Finland we got
- pretty good lines and 33600bps connections are no problems. No different kind
- of cost/quality for lines and even a free of change number for line problems :)
