  27. Welcome to America, the land of... bad telephone lines?-) Sound funny to me,
  28. that you must pay triple fee to get 28k8 modem working. Here in Finland we got
  29. pretty good lines and 33600bps connections are no problems. No different kind
  30. of cost/quality for lines and even a free of change number for line problems :)
